An application was received from The Brew Kettle for conditional use approval for expansion of a restaurant within 200 feet of a residential use at 11 Atterbury Boulevard, the former location of Varsity Club of Hudson. Planning Commission approved the request at its April 10, 2017 meeting. The site improvements will include expanded outdoor seating, signage, and installation of a 29 space parking lot at the northern portion of the Hudson Station development. The City of Hudson anticipates the restaurant will open in Summer 2017.
