An application has been received from The Brew Kettle for conditional use approval for expansion of a restaurant within 200 feet of a residential use at 11 Atterbury Boulevard, the former location of Varsity Club of Hudson. Planning Commission will consider this application at its April 10 meeting. No changes to the building are contemplated; however, additional seating will be added both inside the building and outside.
The restaurant is in Hudson Station, a mixed use development at the corner of Atterbury Boulevard and West Streetsboro Street. Hudson Commons residential development is across Atterbury Boulevard to the west. Restaurants within 200 feet of a residential use are conditional uses in District 5 – Village Core District.
