Public Hearings in April

Notice of Public Hearing

     Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall to consider a conditional use request from Brew Kettle Hudson for a proposed expansion to a restaurant within 200 feet of a residential use at 11 Atterbury Boulevard.

     The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hold two public hearings on Thursday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. The first hearing is to consider a request for two variances to permit a second wall sign at 5555 Darrow Road (JoAnn Store LLC).

     The second hearing is to consider a variance from the requirement to utilize public water in order to have a water well and septic system at 2084 Ravenna Street to construct a new house.
