Make a Difference on Community Service Day May 6

Community Service Day

Calling all Hudson families - let's make a difference for our community! Hudson Community First, in partnership with the City of Hudson, Hudson Kiwanis, Friends of Hudson Parks, and First National Bank, is sponsoring a community-wide service day on Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Local youth, Hudson families, organizations, teams, and individuals are invited to enjoy a day in Hudson’s parks and around town while helping plant flowers, remove litter, clean up the lake, and more. In addition, various non-park-related volunteer tasks will be slated, such as Cookies for Cops and Cards for Children’s Hospital.

This is a great opportunity for students and organizations to earn volunteer hours.  Register for which service project you prefer here, and get a free t-shirt while supplies last. For more information, call 330-310-4123. A list of service projects can be found below.
