Fall 2017 - Summer 2018: Relocation of Hudson Public Power and Hudson City Schools Bus Facility

Fall 2017 - Winter 2018: City and Testa Companies establish a Development agreement

Fall 2017 - Spring 2018: Development review process through Planning Commission, Architectural and Historic Board of Review, and City Council

Spring 2018: Start of construction for first phase/building

2018-2021: Construction of Development (multiple phases anticipated)

2021: Targeted project completion for all phases
