Welcome to Hudson Cable TV’s Public Access Program. Our goal at HCTV is to make your journey into Public Access Television enjoyable and educational. Hudson Cable TV’s Public Access program is available to all residents of Hudson and not for profit groups or organizations on a first come first served basis. At this time HCTV provides remote production camera equipment and various edit systems. If you, your group or organization is providing HCTV with a finished program using your own production equipment and facilities your final “air” tape must meet minimum technical standards.

Hudson Cable TV is owned and operated by the City of Hudson. It offers free air time for it's citizens, educational institutions and governmental departments.

HCTV is a non-profit, non-commercial TV station, funded through franchise fees paid by Hudson subscribers to Time Warner Cable. The staff at the HCTV station provides cameras and video production instruction to Hudson organizations and residents AT NO CHARGE!

Learn to produce your own talk show, conduct an interview, tape a meeting, broadcast a sporting event or share your favorite concert. No prior experience necessary . . . just your IDEAS, INTEREST and ENERGY!
