owned and operated by the City of Hudson. HCTV is a nonprofit, noncommercial TV station, funded through franchise fees paid by Hudson subscribers to Time Warner Cable. If you live or work in Hudson, make Hudson Cable 96.15/ 15 digital set top box, 96.16/16 digital set top box, and 96.17/17 digital set top your favorite channels!

Time Warner Cable (Updated 3/5/2015)
On May 6, 2014, Time Warner Cable (TWC) removed Hudson Cable Television analog channels (15, 16 & 17) from its Direct Connect Analog Cable channel line-up. In order to access HCTV channels, a Digital Set Top Box or QAM tuner is needed. To order a "digital adapter" for non-QAM televisions, TWC customers should call 1-855-286-1736 or visit twc.com/digitaladapter.

On February 28, 2015 Time Warner Cable again moved our channels on the Digital Set Top Cable Box. If you use a set top box, you will find our channels on 15, 16 & 17. If you are a Direct Connect cable customer, you will find our channels on 96.15, 96.16 and 96.17.

Channels
Hudson Cable Television operates three channels: (Channels 96.15/15 digital, 96.16/ 16 digital, and 96.17/ 17 digital ) that are available in the Time Warner Cable station lineup.

Channel 96.15/15
HCTV Channel 96.15/15 offers public access programs, created by individual in the community or by HCTV staff. The HCTV staff will help individuals produce their own TV shows to air on Channel 96.15/15. Watch the LIVE Channel 96.15/15 Web Stream by clicking the link below.

Channel 96.16/16
HCTV Channel 96.16/16 is the home of government programs, including City Council Meetings & Workshops, boards & commissions meetings, school board meetings and more.

Channel 96.17/17
HCTV Channel 96.17/17 is the Community Bulletin Board, offering information about community events, programs, and other information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no charge for our Community Bulletin Board Announcement.

Public Access Services
HCTV offers free air time for its citizens, educational institutions, and governmental departments. The staff at the HCTV station provides cameras and video production instruction to Hudson organizations and residents at no charge! Learn to produce a talk show, conduct an interview, tape a meeting, broadcast a sporting event, or share a favorite concert. No prior experience necessary...just ideas, interest, and energy!
