Application for Utility Services
The city requires new customers to complete an
Application for Utility Services in order to activate an account. New customers can bring the completed form to the Utility Billing Department or mail it to:

The Utility Billing Department is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays).
Services
The Utility Billing Department can:
- Accept applications for all city utility services
- Accept payments for all City of Hudson utilities (water, sewer and electric)
- Answer general utility billing questions
- Maintain a payment drop box that is attached to the building at the front door
Bill and Payment Options
The City of Hudson bills on a monthly basis with payments due the 10th of every month. The City of Hudson utility customers may pay their bill in the following ways:
- In person at the Utility Billing Office, which is located on the first floor of the Municipal Building at 27 East Main Street
- By mailing payment in the return envelope provided with the monthly statement
- By submitting an Automatic Bank Draft Form - Monthly charges automatically deducted from your checking / savings account on due date of bill
