November 13, 2018: Council Listening Session
Session to hear public about Downtown Phase II.

January 25, 2018:  Presentation at Christ Church Episcopal
Project presentation and update at community luncheon  

November 2, 2017:  Architectural Design Stakeholders 
Development team members met with City officials and community stakeholders to discuss architectural design typology 

November 1, 2017:  Parking Stakeholders 
Downtown stakeholders met with City officials and Walker Parking Consultants to discuss existing conditions downtown and the scope of parking study. 

October 5, 2017:  Owen Brown Street Historic Block  
City officials met with residents on Owen Brown Street to discuss the development and the upcoming traffic study.  

August 21, 2017:  Downtown Hudson Trail and Greenway
Public Open House on the downtown trail and greenway which will link First and Main to Phase II and connect Hudson to the regional trail network and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. 

August 1, 2017: Special City Council Workshop
Testa Companies discussed the draft Concept Plan with City Council at a special Council Workshop.  Public comments were received during the regular Council Meeting that followed the workshop. Video

July 24, 2017: Public Open House

June 26, 2017 - Planning Commission 
Testa Companies design team presented a draft of the Concept Plan to Planning Commission as an initial introduction and orientation to the project. Video

June 2017 - Testa Companies Survey
Testa Companies completed community survey of potential office and residential residents of the project area. Testa Survey Results
May 3, 2017 - Villas of Hudson Neighborhood Meeting
City officials met with residents to discuss the framework plan.  

April 22, 2017 - Hudson Community Expo
City officials attended Community Expo to provide information on the framework plan to the public.  

April 13, 2017 - Community Open House
Testa Companies presented a framework plan of the project and received input from the community. Video

April 6, 2017 - Owen Brown Street Neighborhood Meeting

City officials met with residents to discuss the framework plan.  

March 13, 2017 - League of Women Voters Meeting
The Hudson League of Women Voters hosted a public session for the City to provide expanded information on the project and on the relocation of public facilities to make room for the development. Video

February 23, 2017 - Community Open House
Testa Companies conducted a session to introduce their team and gain insight from the community for use in developing a Concept Plan. Video

February 8 - 9, 2017 - Stakeholder Interviews
Testa Companies conducted small group meetings with more than 50 community stakeholders

September 6, 2016 - City Council Selects Developer
City Council approved Ord. 2016-145 selecting Testa Companies as the preferred development partner. Council Video

May 2016 - City Issues Request for Qualifications
Hudson issued a Request for Qualifications to redevelop the 20-acre Phase II area within the framework established by the Comprehensive Plan. Downtown Phase II RFQ

May 26, 2017 - Coral Company Preliminary Market Research
Coral Companies completed preliminary market research to provide insight on the market viability of the Comprehensive Plans vision for Downtown Phase II. A site-specific market feasibility study will be submitted by Testa Companies prior to formal consideration of the development. Coral Company Preliminary Market Research

January 19, 2016 - City Council Adopts Comprehensive Plan
After a two-year effort involving more than 30 meetings and 400 surveys, the Comprehensive Plan was adopted, setting the vision for the Downtown Phase II area. Comprehensive Plan
