The Board of Tax Review is responsible for hearing appeals from taxpayers who dispute a tax assessment from the City’s income tax administrator. These meetings are confidential and the records of these meetings are not considered open public records or available for inspection under Section 149.43 of the OHIO Revised Code. The Board meets on an as-needed basis.
