Community Partnerships

The City of Hudson continues to partner with community organizations on projects that impact our residents and businesses. Here are a few of the organizations we have worked with in recent years.

Burton D. Morgan Foundation

The mission of the Burton D. Morgan Foundation is to strengthen the free enterprise system by investing in organizations and institutions that foster the entrepreneurial spirit.

Cleveland Restoration Society

The Cleveland Restoration Society uses the powerful tool of historic preservation to revitalize our diverse communities, strengthen the regional economy, and enhance the quality of life in northeastern Ohio.

Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce

The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization bringing together local companies for the sake of promotion, visibility and education through advocacy.

Hudson Community First

Hudson Community First is a local nonprofit organization that promotes positive youth development and seeks to unite individuals, organizations and our schools in an effort to nurture competent, caring and responsible children and adolescents.

Hudson Community Foundation

The Hudson Community Foundation is where people go to give—of their passion, money and ideas—to enhance the quality of life in our community. The Foundation helps individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations establish charitable funds, guides their resources to support causes they care about, meets community needs and makes a difference.

Hudson Garden Club

For more than 75 years, the Hudson Garden Club has been active in beautifying our community and instilling a love of gardening. We have over 200 members, men and women of all ages, from beginners to quite experienced gardeners, who are eager to learn more about gardening and to share what they know. The Hudson Garden Club contributes money and their time to help keep Hudson in bloom with gardens, plants and trees throughout the community.

Hudson Heritage Association

The Hudson Heritage Association was founded in 1962 to preserve the Western Reserve Community of Hudson and its historic character. For the past five decades, HHA has promoted civic awareness of Hudson’s rich history and fosters a responsible approach to preserving its unique architecture and Greens. 

Hudson Community Service Association

Since the 1940s, Hudson Community Service  Association has been serving the citizens of Hudson who are in need by providing the Helping Hands Committee and hosting the Hudson Food Pantry. In addition, HCSA raises money to pay for the lights and greenery that turn our downtown into a beautiful wonderland during the Holiday Season.

Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation

The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation was established in 2001 in Hudson, Ohio, as a private grantmaking foundation.

Hudson City School District

Hudson City Schools provides education for approximately 4,700 children, PreK-12, that maximizes the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of each child in a safe, nurturing, and diverse environment. We rank in the top 2% of Ohio districts, with an 11-year track record of Excellent and Excellent with Distinction ratings. Hudson High School is a 2008 National Blue Ribbon Award Winner. 97% of our students attend four-year colleges. In 2012, Hudson High School was named to the national AP Honor Roll..

Kiwanis Club of Hudson

Kiwanis is a worldwide service organization of men and women who want to improve their communities. As a group they can achieve what one alone cannot.

Rotary Club of Hudson

Hudson Rotary, (Club #3542) formed in 1930, is a group of men and women who support the international mission, but who are also joined together by a common interest in service to their own local community… a sincere desire to give back.

Rotary Club of Hudson Clocktower

Rotary Club of Hudson Clocktower is part of Rotary International, a 100-year-old organization of 1.2 million business and professional leaders in more than 200 countries providing humanitarian service, building goodwill and peace in the world.
