Twelve names will be drawn from the lottery for hunting access on the 145-acre City-owned property on Hines Hill Road on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. To enter, hunters must register by calling the Public Works Department at 330-342-1750 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 201 or Tuesday, August 30, 2016. The hunters whose names are drawn will be given permission to hunt on the 996 Hines Hill Road property during the 2016-2017 hunting season.
