The City of Hudson will host a Public Open House for the Downtown Phase II project on April 13 at the Jo-Ann Conference Center, 5381 Darrow Road, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This public meeting will be an opportunity to learn about the preliminary development concepts being considered by the City’s selected development partner, Testa Companies, for the Downtown Phase II redevelopment project.
The Open House will begin with a brief presentation by the City and the Development Team. Testa Companies will provide a summary of what it has heard from the community so far and will present preliminary concepts for the development site. This will include ideas for new streets, pedestrian and bicycle circulation, open spaces, land uses and general types of development being considered.
Following the presentation, participants will be invited to review the ideas at discussion stations and provide additional input to help further refine the plans. For more information about this project, visit the Downtown Phase II project page.
