UPDATE 9/1: Aurora Street will be closed beginning tonight at 7:30 p.m. (formerly 8 p.m.) to 6 a.m. on Saturday from College Street to N. Main Street for paving. Church Street will be closed from E. Main Street to N. Main Street 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. There may be some minor closures at Park Lane, Clinton Street, and Owen Brown on N. Main St. as the paver passes these intersections. Expect delays on these side streets. One-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers on N. Main Street, with northbound and southbound traffic alternating, from Owen Brown Street to SR 303 during the N. Main Street paving. No parking on N. Main Street, Aurora Street and Church Street after 7:30 p.m. due to paving.
A police officer will be stationed at the intersection of College Street and Aurora Street Friday night to direct football game traffic westbound to College Street and then to SR 303.
UPDATE 8/31: Aurora Street and Church Street will be closed from E. Main Street to N. Main Street during paving. There will also be no parking on N. Main Street during this time.
On the evening of Thursday, August 31 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., the contractor will mill any high areas on the roadway in preparation of the final surfacing on Friday night. The final paving is scheduled for Friday, September 1 at night starting around 8 p.m. Final pavement striping will be completed following final paving by the morning of Saturday, September 2.
Hudson Police will assist in detouring traffic following the Hudson High School football game Friday evening.
