Throughout the year, the City of Hudson works diligently to provide public access to government records and information and to ensure that all meetings of deliberative bodies under its jurisdiction, and their committees, are fully noticed and open to the public. In recognition of Sunshine Week, March 11 through 17, Mayor David A. Basil proclaimed the week of March 11 as Sunshine Week in Hudson.
Here are some of the many ways the City provides easy, open access to meetings, documents and financial information:
- OpenGov Financial Portal: Complete records of budgets, expenses, vendors and every check or payment the City makes throughout the year are available on our website through Open Gov.
- Stream Council Meetings: View live as they happen or later on-demand through the on-demand meetings portal. Click on the agendas, and clicks to accompanying documents, legislation, maps, etc. are available.
- Public Records: Looking for a public record? Simply complete the online form as an easy way to make the request.
- Public Hearings: Check the public hearings web page for dates, times and locations of public hearings.
There are just some of the many transparency tools that are available to help citizens access open records and information.
