Recycle Curbside Through Your Regular Trash Hauler

To encourage residents to recycle, City Council has made recycling easy by mandating that all Hudson trash haulers offer recycling as part of their regular trash collection services, without an additional fee. It’s much easier to recycle curbside, rather than haul your recyclables to your car and drag them to a designated recycling drop off. With the closing of the Oak Grove recycling drop off, now is a great time to start recycling curbside.

If you are not recycling or were using Oak Grove, give your trash hauler a call and ask for a separate recycling cart. There’s no longer a need to separate items. Simply check with your individual trash hauler about what items are recyclable, rinse the items and put them in the cart. It’s the easiest way to do your part to protect the environment. Here’s a list of approved Hudson trash haulers and their contact information.
