EAC Opening

City Council is looking for individuals who are passionate about caring for the environment and keeping Hudson beautiful to fill a spot on the Environmental Awareness Committee (EAC)! The EAC devotes its time to educating and advising residents on environmental issues such as recycling, storm water, beautification, stream & wetlands clean-up and water & energy efficiency. Rain barrel workshops, cemetery beautification, and the bi-annual Green on the Green event are just a few of the many educational, green, and beautification activities the EAC is a part of. Council is accepting applications for the opening through Friday, November 1.

To apply for the openings, please complete the online Boards and Commissions Application. Alternatively, residents may print and fill out an application and return it to the Clerk of Council at City Hall, 115 Executive Parkway, Suite 400.

The deadline to apply is Friday, November 1. To qualify, applicants must have been a Hudson resident for at least two years prior to the appointment and remain a resident during the entire term. Only registered voters will be considered for the openings.

For questions regarding the application, please call Hudson Clerk of Council Elizabeth Slagle at 330-342-1795.
