AED Units Now Available in Three Hudson Parks

AED Unit

The City has been working together with local donors to be able to place AED units, or Automated External Defibrillators, in some of the Hudson Parks. AED units will greatly increase the survival rate of anyone who has a cardiac issue that comes up while within the Hudson Parks. This week, three units were hooked up and are ready for use!

One is located at Veterans Way Park near the playground; the second is at Hudson Springs Park; and the third is at Barlow Farm Park. There are plans for more units to be placed in additional parks in the near future. Thank you to all the donors who made this project possible!

Thinking about donating? We are still accepting donations! Just email rkadish@hudson.oh.us for more information.
