Tree Clearing Begins in SR 91 North Turn Lane Project Area

SR 91 N Rotated

This week, tree removal will begin for the SR 91 North Turn Lane Project. The tree removal is necessary ahead of the roadway work to meet the project’s environmental permitting requirements. Tree removal is scheduled to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Two-way traffic will be maintained with minor delays.

The SR 91 North Turn Lane project limits are from Brandywine Drive north to Middleton Road. The improvements include roadway repairs, a new 8 foot sidewalk, storm sewer upgrades, a new Akron waterline installation, widening of Darrow Road at Valley View Road, Herrick Park Drive, and Hines Hill Road, and the resurfacing of the entire project. More information about this project can be found here.
