Councilman Dan Williams Announces Resignation at Tonight’s City Council Meeting

HUDSON, OH (March 3, 2020) – At tonight’s City Council Meeting, At-Large Councilman Dan Williams announced his resignation from Council, effective March 20, 2020. Councilman Williams said that after being on City Council for 13 1/2 years, it is time to move on. He plans to pursue more traveling and continue to be active in the community.

The City will be accepting applications to fill the At-Large Council position. Applicants can apply online here. Simply complete the application form and submit it online. The deadline for applications is 4 p.m. on March 31, 2020.

Council will review the applications and hold interviews in April, with the goal of making an appointment in May.
