Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current mass gathering restrictions by the State of Ohio Stay At Home Order, the City together with the many special event organizers have made the difficult decision to cancel all special events on public property in Hudson through August 31, 2020. This decision was not made lightly and was made with the safety of the whole community in mind.
The City is continuing to monitor the situation and will determine the status of events in September through the end of the year at a later date. Please stay tuned and thank you for your understanding.
The Hudson Farmers Market is working with health officials and the Ohio Farmers Market Network on a safe way to hold the event as Farmers Markets have been deemed essential by the State of Ohio. Details will be released once safety procedures and plans are finalized.
Any events held on private property are asked to contact Summit County Public Health to determine if they would be allowed based on the Stay at Home Order, and to determine safety guidelines and criteria for their events if allowed. Thank you for helping to keep Hudson safe.
