City Council meetings and workshops, and most Boards and Commissions meetings will continue via online video conferencing and live streaming through the month of June. View the meetings calendar here.

Meetings and workshops are available to view via public live-stream on Hudson Community Television and the City’s website at www.hudson.oh.us/WatchMeetings, and an archived video is made available afterwards.

All meeting agendas will be available on the corresponding meeting body’s web page (see links below) the Friday before each scheduled meeting.

Want to submit a comment or speak during a meeting? Here’s how:

City Council Meetings

1. City Council Agendas/Minutes/Videos
2. For regular Council meetings, at which legislative action is taken, Public Comments can be emailed to CouncilComments@hudson.oh.us by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please include your name and address, in addition to the subject or legislation number.
3. To speak and offer live comment during video meetings, contact the Clerk of Council at 330-342-1795 or ClerkofCouncil@hudson.oh.us by 3:30 p.m. on the meeting date.

Architectural and Historic Board of Review

1. AHBR Agendas/Minutes/Videos
2. Public comments can be submitted to AHBR@hudson.oh.us by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. All comments received will be read aloud by staff.

Board of Zoning and Building Appeals Meetings

1. BZBA Agendas/Minutes/Videos
2. Public Comments can be emailed to BZBA@hudson.oh.us by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please include your name and address in addition to the applicable case number. Submitted emails will be read at the meeting and added to the record.
3. To speak and offer live testimony during the video meeting, please contact Case Manager Nick Sugar at 330-760-2104 by 4:30 p.m. on the meeting date. 

Charter Review Commission

2. The public is encouraged to email comments related to agenda items or general communication to CharterReview@hudson.oh.us by 4:30 p.m. on the meeting date.
3. Anyone wishing to speak live during the meeting should email a request to CharterReview@hudson.oh.us by 3:30 p.m. on the meeting date.
