HUDSON, OH (February 14, 2022) – Today, Mayor Craig Shubert notified the City that he has resigned as Mayor of the City of Hudson.
“City Council appreciates the time and dedication that Mayor Shubert has put in to serving the citizens of Hudson,” said Hudson Council President Chris Foster. “We respect his decision and wish him the best in the future.”
In the coming weeks, Hudson City Council will seek to appoint a replacement for the Mayor. That individual would serve until the November General Election, where the Mayor’s position would be up for a vote of the people.
