Hudson Offers Easy Ways to Pay Your Hudson Public Power and Hudson Water Bills

Pay My Bill Button

The City of Hudson offers many options for Hudson Public Power (HPP) and Hudson Water customers to easily pay their bills. From online payments, to auto pay, texts, phone payments, and more, customers can choose the option that works best for them.

Online Portal

The City of Hudson’s online utility portal through Invoice Cloud allows customers to pay online, Pay by Text, or access to 24/7 automated phone payments. Though these options carry a fee, they may be the most convenient for some customers. Please note that auto pay is not available through the portal.

Customers may also sign up for the online portal to conveniently view their bill and live balance without having to call the City. Use the online portal in the way that works best for you! Visit to learn how to sign up for the online portal.

Pay Your Bill Directly Through Hudson’s Utility Billing Department

The Hudson Utility Billing Department still offers many options to pay your bill with no fees, including an auto pay option. Here are additional ways to pay:

  • Sign up for Auto Bill Pay through the City of Hudson at no cost. Customers who sign up for this option have the bill amount automatically deducted from their bank account on the due date. To sign up, fill out the Automatic Bank Draft Form at, or call (330) 342-1710.
  • Mail your payment to Utility Billing Lockbox, P.O. Box 30922, Akron, OH 44309-3922.
  • Drop off your payment in the Utility Billing Mailbox at the Terex Road entrance to City Hall located at 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, OH 44236.
  • Make an electronic payment through your personal bank.

Hudson Utility Billing staff are available Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (330) 342-1710 to assist you with your HPP or Hudson Water bill needs. Visit for more resources including how to report a service disruption, sign up for HPP or Hudson Water service, find the utility provider that services your address, and more.
