Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. The hearing notice includes:
- Public Hearing Notice, Appeals Docket No. 2023-440: A compatibility review/concept plan request of a 36-lot, single family subdivision located on a 100-acre site that includes parcels: 3010371, 3010370, 3003108, 3006324, 3002169, 3002375, 3001397, 3004552, and 3006323.
BZBA will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 15 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall.
- Public Hearing Notice, Appeals Docket No. 2023-462: This hearing is related to a lot split request to create an additional building lot. As a result of the proposed lot split, the existing house at 33 E. Streetsboro would have a six-foot side yard setback, where the Land Development Code Section requires an eight-foot side yard setback. Therefore, the applicant is requesting a two-foot side yard setback variance at 33 E. Streetsboro St.
