The recycling bins in front of Hudson Public Power (HPP), 95 Owen Brown Street, have been moved to Oak Grove Park, 2400 Barlow Road. The bins have been relocated in preparation for the upcoming Downtown District Expansion, as HPP will be relocated as part of the project.
