A test of the City’s CodeRED Emergency Alert System will occur Friday, June 17 at 10 a.m. CodeRED, a high-speed telephone service, is how Hudson residents are notified of emergency situations. Recorded messages or texts are sent to the entire community or a specific area within minutes. Landline numbers are currently in the system, but cell phone users must register their phone number. The City encourages residents to register their cell phones before June 17 so their number will be included in the test. More information about CodeRED is available here. Sign up below.
