What is the Private Residential Driveway Plowing Program?

In October 2023, City Council approved the creation of a snow removal program to provide clearing services on a circumstantial basis to a qualified group of residents. The current program provides residents with four (4) seasonal vouchers to receive emergency snow removal services to use at their discretion for prescription pick up, medical treatment or access to emergency services.
